Craving beautiful things.. friends.

I woke up this morning with this incredibly strong craving to be creative and make beautiful things!  (that’s always a good thing for a soapmaker, right?)

So, I think that’s what I’ll do today, all day – in everything I do.. beautiful things!  yummm.. what a marvelous day!

Where is it coming from?  I’m not sure, could be my latest musings on friendship. Over the past few days, I’ve contemplated friendship, what it means, how to be one, how NOT to be one.. am I one? I really couldn’t answer these questions with any concrete certainty. But one thing I learned for sure, is that friendship is such a beautiful thing, a gift from God, I believe.  I also learn that I am SO happy to have a best friend in my hubby!  We are best friends, and that is amazing!

A good friendship is akin to walking out into the open air, and seeing God’s beauty in nature. have you ever experienced that?  It’s there, naturally, waiting for us to see it ~ as is friendship. I have always had a tender heart when it comes to friends, they mean so much to me.  Now, what does this have to do with soap? nothing. i’m sure. :)
